The staff on site are adorable and very loving. Unfortunately, the management of the place being catastrophic, the potential of the employees is divided. The children are walked from left to right. No secretary is in the office full time. So many parents have difficulty reaching the establishment and often have to go through the educators to give messages to the director.

The owner of the premises hates spending and it is limited to the costs of the educators to provide the daycare with materials for the children and they have to harass the owner to have expenses reimbursed. To the point of dealing with a mediocre caterer that even the children have difficulty eating the food.

There are more unqualified educators than qualified ones. Which is unreasonable for good management of children. In addition, they tend to hire employees who have difficulty speaking French and English. Personally, I find it important to have clear communication with parents and children.

For my part, as an educator, the schedules are so badly managed that often, I could hardly exchange with the parents because I had to replace other educators who leave at 4 p.m. I find it sad not to be able to get to know the parents of the children in our care.

I wanted to be honest with you on the subject because even the owner asked employees to give good reviews on the sites to increase the overall rating.
