I purchased the Freedom office chair from Humanscale with lots of options. Carol the rep took the time despite the pandemic to fully understand my needs. Fantastic product impeccable service and product knowledge but long product delivery. In their defence, parts were missing and as soon as they received it, it was the representative of the brand who delivered it to me... Wow they are proud of their product.
