(August 9, 2020, 1:15 pm)On time for appointment. Liked the work that was performed. Had a leak in the Kitchen drain, he assessed the problem and proceeded with the repair. Minimized the amount of ceiling/ wall cutting that needed to be done,he took exact measurements to locate the position of the drain elbow before cutting through wall - ceiling and kitchen cabinet. Very conscientious about his work, Replaced two cracked drain elbows, Made sure that there were no more leaks before he left. Communicated with us during the repair, showed us the cracked elbows and explained the work that needed to be performed. Total cost was reasonable.
