My family and I were visiting Montréal and ate here three times in our short trip. It was truly phenomenal especially the potatoes. The best breakfast I’ve ever had. I recommend trying the potatoes with onion and cheese. So good! I would come back to Canada just for those potatoes.
We were 3 people around 11 am for brunch on a Saturday morning. They sit us pretty quickly but the service was really slow. We order our food and it took around 30 min to get serve. The waitresses and the service is really nice. The poche eggs didn’t wow me, the muffin bread was too chewy not nice for it. The fruit plate some of them they weren’t ready. The portions are HUGE which is nice, I’ll totally recommend to share. Finally if you order pancakes or crepes or any dish that comes with chocolate they don’t use the tartinade style, they give you a more liquid version which has too much oil is really not yummy or healthy. Their potatoes are nice a little too much pepper but good. In general, I’m not sure I will repeat this place.
The service was great! The waiting was long without a reservation (about 1h). The food was ok (the price is very average, but I've had better elsewhere for the same price range). One plate was blend, the other was too salty. The latte was much more bitter then expected. The smoothie was very good, although small. Overall, I might go back (especially with the great service), but I'd choose a safer option on the menu.
Nice little place, not a long wait time. Putting eggs Benedict in a mini casserole dish makes it difficult to cut and eat. Assortment of fruit with a little chocolate, English cream, and jam very nice touch. My suggestion for presenting the dish is not to use the casserole dish and put fruit on the same plate. Seeing a lot of the plate itself makes it look like the portion is small. The food itself was good but was missing just a little something to make it memorable and needs a full plate. There is room for improvement but lots of potential. Very unique menu and and wait staff had very good customer service
This is my favorite place to have breakfast. The food is fantastic and the waitress was nice, warm and fast. Order the eggs Benedict,it comes with this beautiful fruit boat and 3 dipping sauces! So good!!!
