Amazing service! Being a picky and indecisive buyer, Julie recommended me to buy only the frame glasses (without the prescription lens), and I can return them if I change my mind within 30 days (I made sure to scan my receipt on my phone so I won’t lose it!). She also mentioned that I can browse at other Costco for other frames, and that I can request for a return. Julie went above and beyond by sharing with me her experience and honest feedback on the glasses that I had in mind. I love It!
I just wished that I knew about this option was available because I am stuck with some previous eyewear that I do not believe suits my face well, so it’s a little bummer. Overall amazing service and highly recommend!
