Appartements Le D'Assigny

I don't understand why some people made lies about this place. It is ok if you don't like, but do not make lies. I have been here almost 3 years and I have never seen any crimes here. Management responds quick always. It took some times, but always faster than other apartment in Montreal. They are good and gentle always. I saw someone said there was gunshot fires in these area. Really? Can you prove it? If that things weren't happened before 2018, I should know.

This is one of the best I lived in Montréal area
The property is very well maintained.
Super clean.
Security is 24/7
The office is open 7 days a week they even after hours staff for emergency.
The pool and terraces are beautiful
They added a parc for kids
A lot of green space accessible to resident only.
The customer service is great honestly.
We have a cafe on the main floor, a library with free books, a convenience store (dépanneur) , Gym , beauty salon, hair salon, nail salon...
Covered access to the metro, is VERY helpful in winter.
Like common this place is amazing to be honest...
I do not understand the negative reviews
My apartment is HUGE, very bright, large balcony, storage space is very helpful as well.
I Definitely recommend this building to friends
