Came back last month with high expectations to get a haircut, but guess it was busier that day because I waited 40 minutes after the scheduled time. Once the hairdresser got to me, he barely let me explain, cut my hair in literally 2 minutes (not exaggerating) and just left me to do another women’s hair, without even asking if I was satisfied with it.
I was so confused so I waited for him on the chair until someone asked me to go and pay. Well, turns out he didn’t cut enough and my hair feels the same. And I payed expensive for it. I went there excited to feel pretty and felt unappreciated and not taken seriously.
