After finishing our son’s treatment with wonderful results I can confidently advise everyone looking for a great orthodontist that Dr. Nadeau is the best choice. Our son’s situation was complex and after consulting 4 other orthodontists (3 in Montreal/Westmount and 1 other on the South Shore) when we finally met Dr. Nadeau, we immediately felt at ease with her approach, professionalism, knowledge and suggested course of treatment. She took the time to do a proper analysis and showed us everything on a simulation model, explaining to us in detail what needs to be done and why. It is very rare to see any office to be run so professionally, with proper processes and policies in place and personal attention. Dr. Nadeau sees each patient at every appointment, always verifying progress and determining the next step. As a parent I appreciated that I could come and consult with her any time if I had questions (I could even come and sit by my son’s treatment chair to wait for her to discuss). The staff was also very professional and competent, everything was done well at every appointment and we never needed to go back for corrections/adjustments. My son always felt comfortable. The office and all the equipment was kept super clean, antibacterial wipes were being used, sterile packages freshly opened etc., the level of care put into patient protection was above all the standards I have seen in any dental office. There was a specialist available to explain and teach the best brushing and cleaning techniques as it becomes a challenge with braces and especially with an appliance (the kit including electric toothbrush, special cleaning devices and flosses was very practical and much appreciated). The scheduled appointments were always kept on time and we never had to wait longer than a few minutes. The staff at the reception was always friendly, courteous and professional, accommodating changes when necessary. We have already recommended Dr. Nadeau to our friends and will continue to do so.
