Proud to be part of the movement. 🤠
My daughter just did culinary camp; July 27 to 31, 2020. She loved it, is already redoing some recipe she learned. We tasted all these dishes, EXCELLENT 😋. There is not only the culinary aspect
. I like the look; pay it forward, waste, responsibilities in the kitchen... . She asked us to do it again next year.
Our management team and the social committee of which I am a member wanted to do a team building action while volunteering and at the same time having our Christmas party. Bingo la tablée des chefs offers this experience, so we organized our dinner at the Longueuil branch, very nice place, a perfect evening coordinator, great volunteers and an awesome chef to help us. It was a great experience, there were 16 of us, the perfect number of 4 teams and it was exciting to see my colleagues cooking, serving and working in the kitchen. Great experience! I can't wait to go back for a personal event or to volunteer myself. The food was delicious, the decor is warm and what about the service! ;) Awesome! Super nice evening… in closing we can bring our wine, but you have to ask the management for a permit, but it is very simple and economical to do.
Teenagers are too often overlooked when talking about poverty. In the Culinary Brigades, young people do not just participate in a simple extracurricular activity, they are at the center of the process, they become the food leaders of their school and the chefs are culinary coaches. This program motivates them and improves their self-esteem. The Culinary Brigades create a group phenomenon in schools around food and healthy lifestyles.
