After moving to Quebec, we researched all big name security companies and called Taz Alarme as they are local ... the customer service is not even comparable to it's competitors and the installation was as easy, as one could imagine! Competitive and negotiable pricing. Initial phone call consultation was in depth and comprehensive. They sent a technician to install on relatively short notice as requested. Sergio did a great job, taking into account placement preference and esthetically everything looks super professional. He explained how to use everything and made sure to answer all questions. I want to say a huge thank-you to Alex and Taz Alarme. He did a terrific and very professional installation of the alarm system I purchased on behalf of my daughter. Nothing was rushed and he took all the time needed to explain to everyone, including the children, how the system itself works in addition to the phone app. He respected all the Covid-19 protocols and to top it off has a great sense of humour!
