Sylvia and I collaborated for a period of about 4 months on a property sale - from the visit request to the move-in of the buyers. Sylvia & her colleague Robert Daoust represented the seller of a beautiful house on the South Shore, whereas I represented the buyers.
Sylvia was the main point of communication and, all along, the transmission of information was transparent, collaborative and thorough.
Sylvia showed true care and a will to bring both parties together and that is how a beautiful transaction is completed despite a longer process with turnarounds. The result was the ultimate goal: happy buyers and seller!
