I spoke with Fawzi today regarding a sound issue with my parents property. I really appreciate that he was honest about what to expect in costs and if our situation called for a sophisticated noise recording service. We talked about the options we were currently using and he offered advice on how this was enough to get what we needed. As bad tenants and lack of resources to help property owners are common in Quebec, people like my family are often left in desperate situations. It is really wonderful to know that there are companies out there that are willing to help for the sake of helping. If anyone is looking to work with a transparent and ethical company, I would highly recommend GKM Consultants. In my experience, Fawzi was patient, attentive and sympathetic.
