Techs were both very professional, courteous, friendly and and respectful of our home and us. Removed shoes or wore shoe covers, offered to wear a mask, explained how the unit worked, and cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. I also liked the text before service showing the technician's name and picture. Very nice to see who we are allowing into our home. Nice safety feature.
Greg is awesome! Our house’s thermostat went out and was freezing when we woke up. He arrived within 30 mins of me calling and had us up and running within the next 20 mins. Also saved us some money on the thermostat as well. Would highly recommend!
