This was a great location for me coming from Sutton and heading to the airport. Directly en route. Booking was very easy. Response was immediate and helpful. Friendly service at the door. Easy drop-off and pick-up. Very considerate and conscientious. Will definitely go back. Trust them with my pup.

Stephanie puts you at ease from the very first moment you interact with her. She's professional, personable and responsive. Plus her attention to detail really stands out from the rest, especially once you see her operation on the ground. Paws n' Passion is more like a vacation for your pet than a boarding facility. I take Catherine the Great 🐱 here everytime I'm on the road and I never worry about her while she's there.

This was a great first experience leaving our dog. We got regular updates and Cody seemed so content after his stay. We will definitely use Stephanie’s services again!

Wow! We cannot thank Stephanie enough for how well she cared for our Koda. We did not have to worry about him at all during his 1 week stay. She kept us updated about how he was doing and even sent little videos. He came back exhausted and the added bath option is a Godsend. We are definitely more inclined to plan more dogless vacations now that we've found a trusted facility for him.

Great experience! After moving to MTL from the US we were in need of a new dog sitter for our two dogs. We did a lot of research before finding P&P. Stephanie was easy to contact, quick to respond, and answered all of our questions. We knew our dogs would be anxious when we left for the week, but we felt very confident leaving them with Stephanie after our first visit. Her set up is wonderful and feels like home rather than a kennel. Both the dogs enjoyed snuggling up on the couch after running and playing. It was clear when we picked them up (and from the updates Stephanie shared throughout the week) that Pimento and Patty were relaxed and well-loved while we were away. I think they rather enjoyed it!
