I cannot be happier with Chauffage Gilles Sareault Inc. We have been clients for about 15 years and have never been disappointed. They are always there when you need them and I trust Stephane and Gilles 100%. They are simply a wonderful family business.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Friendly, professional and true customer care. I had a furnace fan issue at 10:30am on a Saturday morning and by 11:15 is was fixed. Highly recommended.

During one of the most brutal heatwaves in a while my central AC failed during the night. 😒

I made calls to several companies, left messages. I honestly wasn’t expecting a call back cause these guys must be swamped at this time. Stephane from Chauffage Gilles Sareault in Hudson called me back less than 20 minutes later. Said he was in the area so he’d try to stop by before lunch.

20 minutes later he’s at the door, and 20 minutes after that my AC was back in service! 😁

I can’t say enough nice things about Stephane’s commitment to professionalism and customer service!! He even washed out the pollen that was clogging up the intake on the outside unit. Just that extra touch to make my AC run more efficiently.
