Excellent treatment in physio and osteo. Since they moved to Pincourt, appointment management is unacceptable. I have had my appointments postponed 6 times in 5 months. No stability in appointments. I hope they will manage to solve the problem because they will lose their customers.

Similar experience to another comment. Fine if you manage to get the information and talk to someone. Otherwise you risk a long wait. It's not a competency issue, it's a customer service issue.

Geneviève Laflèche literally changed my life for the better in just a few sessions. She is very professional and super dedicated to her patients. I am truly grateful for the support she has given me.

First off, the reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the team is knowledgeable and extremely kind. Sadly, the organization and communication is quite poor. I have been waiting to receive the exercises by email from the physiotherapist and she has not communicated them to me after sending 3 emails. I gave up. I was 8 weeks postpartum, I had my consult for my postpartum evaluation (online due to the pandemic) and it was so-so. It is not the best situation nor worth the price when you're the one evaluating yourself for a diastasis recti (ab separation) and the strength of your pelvic floor. Ive seen businesses and health professionals really step it up during the pandemic because their clientele really means the world to them, sadly I feel like I fell through the cracks. If you are reading this, I recommend this place, just make sure you feel you get what you pay for and that they follow up with you.
