Michel is very professional and really knows how to fix a grandfather clock. My parents clock was dismantled and not working for a long time. He mentioned that it may take a few weeks to go and have a look at it. He was there in a few days. He fixed it completely and also followed up with my parents to see how everything was working. They are so happy to have their clock working again and are enjoying hearing the beautiful chime.
