(September 26, 2017, 7:24 pm)Mackoli Catering catered my wedding in September 2017. Keith, Sue and the entire staff were incredible! I wanted our menu to be very different than your standard wedding, and Mackoli went above and beyond! Keith took the time to go through the entire menu with me and my fiancé (from hors d'oeuvres to our ice cream sandwich desserts). I never felt rushed and had a great time planning our menu! Keith is patient, kind and extremely talented! The staff were courteous, professional and efficient. All our guests raved about the food! I would HIGHLY recommend Mackoli Catering!
