(July 12, 2022, 9:34 pm)All my hardwood floors and deck wood came from JTM 18years ago. I went to buy a few 2x8 hemlock studs to extend the life of my deck. I had 3 studs left over and they accept no returns even within the same week. My deck is 75ft x 30ft and needed to be re-done in the next two years. It's impossible to figure exactly the quantity of wood when building a deck or even other projects. As much as Mike and his brother gave me great service this will prevent me from ordering any wood from them in the future. Very Sad! The return policy is my only reason for the 3 stars.
