A bit long, it happens for every commerce around. What got me the most was his precision and his quality.

Joe Mecanique Enrg is a not that responsible. He said he will call us before the winter when the first snowfall would come. It snowed recently and he never called, instead you have to call them. What kind of service is that? Also the way he deals with customers is like "I don't give a clue about you" "Get out" kind of person. His english is average and feels sarcastique. He is very irresponsible and I feel that he needs to change that.

Other than that he fixes as he promises so he gets marks on that but make sure you follow up and ask a lot of questions when you arrive.

I give a 5 star review for service, I brought a snow blower in for repairs and not even 24 hrs. later it was ready.

It’s a pure pleasure to deal with Joe, he has everything and if he doesn’t have it, he will find it.
I could spend all day just looking around his shop. I have seen lots of mom and pops shops, this shop is something else. Great job Joe keep it up.
