Service Canada Centre

This was probably the best experience I have had so far with renewing a Canadian passport. Every single employee was very friendly and helpful, communicated with me in my preferred language, and was quick and efficient. I was literally out in 10 minutes from the moment I walked in with my documents to the time I got into my car and left. I could not recommend this Service Canada location more.

Very nice security guard & the agents are kind as well. I walked in at 11:15 for my appointment and luckily I was one of 3 other people in the building and was in and out in 20 minutes. However, the agent did tell me it would come in 5 weeks and it’s been just over 6 now, I know it is out of his control though, just be sure to go in advance to ensure you have it in time! I go on vacation in 2 weeks so hopefully it comes soon!

Arrived without appointment at 8:22am. At 8:30am sharp the security guard opened the door and welcomed us, there was two more people in the line.
The agent “Damla” assisted me with a smile and nice welcoming words. The English/French of the agent was perfect. Very respectful and prompt service.
I had a very pleasant experience, everything was professional, friendly and fast. Thank you Damla. Much appreciated.
