They had good customer service. I had a little boost issue when pickup the car. The boost the car and I was able to get back home. The next day my car wouldn't start. I called them to see what's happening because I never had any issue with starting my car. The owner was actually really nice. He came to my place and booster my car. He informed me that since it was the original battery and I don't use my car often it may have died while waiting for the replacement. Overall, I had a great experience!
