The rental is valid for anytime within a year at the specified location you rented for. I appreciated the fact I didn’t lose my rental despite a paperwork issue 🙏

Online process is clear and easy to go trough. Once you paid online online you pickup the piece of paper at Ⓜ️ Henrri-Bourassa.

Set up a practice session and rental for the day of my road test. While the communication with the office and their instructions weren’t always flawless and I had to reach out a few times more than necessary, in the end it was more than a satisfactory experience.

Special praise to Patrick, who I had my 1hr practice session a day before the exam. I was able to pass the test in one go thanks to him.

P.S. I have some experience driving outside so I needed familiarity with the rules, signs, etc., which was provided during the practice.

Easy and straightforward service for car rental. Car ready at SAAQ Henri Bourassa for the road test.
Minor criticism was the very hard break pedal on my car but other than that no issues!

Highly recommended, the rental service was absolutely flawless, I just had to show up at the SAAQ with my proof of lease and that's it, the examiner had the keys and showed me to the car. They also accommodated my last minute request for driving lessons, which for me was essential for passing the road test.

Excellent service. You just show up before your exam and they give you this little paper. When you get to the SAAQ the car will already be there and your examiner will give you the keys.
