New modern condos, well located near the Sacré-Coeur hospital and the Lachapelle bridge. Difficult parking on the street. The quality of the accommodation leaves something to be desired (vinyl flooring, non-washable matte paint, defective security system which always rings in the lobby, etc.). Bad customer service after signing the lease (you always have to run after the administration for follow-up or do not respond). Tenants do not respect the building or the regulations, they dirty it and break it.
