The park is unsurprisingly mostly used by residents of Rosedale and Leeds.
There are some tall trees in the park. Lots of green space.
The park is well-maintained in the summer. Good place for kids to have fun. Good place to play with a dog. There’s no fence but the area around the park hardly gets any cars.
The snow gets packed pretty thick in the winter.
