(January 26, 2023, 12:23 am)Pascale was absolutely brilliant. She listened to our needs and adapted her work accordingly. She was always available. We did a buy followed by a sell so the timing was very important, and she controlled the timing 100% and it was absolutely perfect. We did not have the highest offer monetarily on the house we bought, and Pascale actively negotiated for us so that our offer would still be accepted. When we put our previous house up for sale, Pascale gave us advice on what changes to make before listing the house. Pascale also came to us with her own equipment to "stage" the house before the sale.
Ultimately, we sold quickly after the purchase, with perfect timing, for the price we wanted, and Pascale was attentive and available, and made particularly stressful transactions less stressful for us. We highly recommend her!
