Instead of a quote, Kyle contacted Jason to inspect and they were able to fix in no time - something that baffled LES for 10 months. I highly recommend ZEN-AIR for anyone looking to replace, repair or routine maintenance of their HVAC. From the moment Kyle came to visit my property and evaluate the installation of a Heat Pump, Air Handler and new Thermostat he was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating with my requests and questions. He explained the required work in a clear and concise manner and recommended the proper Carrier equipment. He along with Jason and the installation team did a seamless equipment removal and installation. Most importantly they were able to schedule our install in a timely manner without huge delays most other businesses had. Their attention to detail was exceptional. Excellent job, very satisfied!
