Terrific staff, good variety of machines and all are properly maintained, personal trainers are extremely professional and they will help you attain your goals.

This is a well run place. The equipment is excellent quality, its kept clean and machines are well maintained too. I am told the group classes are excellent too.

I only go for yoga with Patricia. She is very experienced and often introduces new elements. She keeps me motivated enough to go to her class 3-4 times s week.
