(November 8, 2022, 10:17 am)I have given to and received benefit from Shambhala Centre’s activity, the physical space, ongoing presentations, practices that occur regularly in-person and by Zoom. One may learn meditation safely at one's own home, or the Center at one's own pace.
En-Fr: Review updated October 6, 2020: I find that the benefit of Shambhala is not just the physical presence and space, but - due to social distancing - the teaching in progress, presentations, practices that occur regularly by video. You can learn at home, in complete safety, at your own pace. -
