An authentic Korean experience in the plateau.
At least I think you can't get more authentic than "my mom made it" about the delicious hot sauce.
Service was prompt and efficient, food was healthy and delicious, and decor was interesting.
We passed by this korean restaurant and decided to give it a try. We ordered bulgogi, seafood pajeon, and Korean fried chicken. I was quite disappointed with the dishes. Bulgogi was expensive as there was barely any beef in the dish for $18; had to dig through the mountain of cabbage to find it. The pajeon was super bland, and side sauce didn't help. The fried chicken was cooked well with good flavors well but they were more like chicken popcorn than actual chicken pieces... and for that cost, it's pretty unacceptable. They didn't even give us real kimchi as a side dish. I have had much better korean food elsewhere and won't be going back.
Amazing, authentic Korean food. Chill vibes inside, but the TVs are a bit loud. Fair prices (low-$20s)
- I loveddd the soup with sausage, noodles, cheese, etc. The cheese was fake and that added a lovely flavour.
- Bibimbap can be made vegan (and very good)
This restaurant is by far one of my favorites. Although it being a little expensive... you really get what you paid for... ive been a couple of times and EVERY TIME the food was exquisite! The service is quick.. you dont have to wait for your food for hours... i think the longest i waited was maybe 20 minutes... the waiter was soo nice and friendly. There are not many seats.. because I think they opened recently.. but it is very spacious and the decoration is beautiful.
I ordered Kimchi Jjigae, a serving a Samgyeopsal and Jjajamyeon... and it was delicious! Truly recommend this restaurant
Service was very friendly and prompt. I enjoyed the food, but it wasn’t entirely authentic. One spicy soup was actually sweet because they used bulgogi meat. It was still a good soup but if you wanted the authentic one is wasn’t it.
Other dishes were similar, always a bit off from real Korean food.
