Really Great Selection of Cheeses! Their Smoked Blue Cheese is an awesome pairing with a Palazzo Brunello!! There Red leciester is Good and if you like Blue Cheese try out the Buttermilk(never seen it before comes from the USA). Came Back and got Blue Berri Maple syrup Jam to Try!October 1/2022 Pate! Feb 27/23 just Got Something New&Wonderful TRUFFLE BRIE!! IS REALLY GOOD! Dec.5/23 I went for one of my Favourites a Blue Caussens but this time when the half wheel was cut in half I noticed that there was almost no blue veins just a lite brown colour??? I thought something was wrong with it. I just left it in my fridge in a wrapper and a ziplock bag. 3days later I decided to eat it and get it out of the way before it got Worse! Then I noticed that it was completely streaked with blue veins and was when tasted(was different when bought) was simply the best cheese of that type I had maybe ever eaten!! What had occurred was the wheel was immature when purchased and in my fridge it bloomed or matured and became beautiful!! WOW like how Lucky can you get!! I had no idea what had happened till I spoke to a knowledgeable Person!!

Products are good but I’m not going back because you get prompted to leave a tip when paying with card. It’s kind of pressuring for a customer. I’m happy to leave good tips at restaurants where table service is offered, but seriously, suggesting customers to tip you for cutting a piece of cheese is crazy. Maybe the owner should raise their employees’ salary.

I see different things everytime I visit Montreal but Always get a ridiculous amount of Formage to bring home. The most amazing variety and the salespeople have the patience of a Buddhist monk because I get so many different things. Don't cheat yourself and be sure to visit. Parking isn't great but Sa La Vie. (I doubt I said that right) Enjoy, Ciao!
