From the moment I opened the box, I could smell the “ sweetness” I’ve been reading about. To me, the taste is perfect. Not too sweet, not too bitter, everything just right . My peach cheesecake was one , if not, the best homemade cake I’ve tasted in months. If you live in Montréal and haven’t tried one of her pastry’s, you must be dead.
