Finding a good realtor is difficult. After having worked with several in the past, we were about to start our search for a new home, and we didn’t know where to start. And then, we discovered Ana and her team, and we feel immensely fortunate that we did. When, at a showing, we met Max, we immediately knew that we had found our realtor. Reliable, professional, and resourceful, he introduced us to the rest of the team. Ana and Max did not only help us find our new home, but they also made the selling of our condo a very easy process. They offered us prime rate customer-centered guidance through each step of the way: from preparing the listing with cutting-edge visuals (including outstanding professional video by Daniel) and broad advertising (through traditional channels but also through carefully timed social media outlets) to managing the visits, offers, inspection and closing. In a very uncertain market, they managed to secure within a week five offers, each of which was well beyond what we were anticipating, and provided us with crucial guidance in navigating negotiations. The whole team was always available for us. Day to day detailed logistics were superbly managed by Karine. Questions of all types were answered in the most efficient and direct way by the whole team---and almost always within minutes. We feel we could not have been in better hands. And even after closing, Duque Simms continues being an invaluable resource, providing us access to a carefully chosen network of trusted contacts for a broad variety of services (from landscapers to contractors.) Ana and her team are the best!!! Ana helped us find our dream industrial condo, which took almost three years, and helped us sell our house quickly for the right price. As an architect, she is a true professional; knowledgeable, patient, and of course smart! Not to mention her team, who ensure that everything goes smoothly. And she has a great videographer!
