I chose Chantilly Carpets to carpet my basement, based on Google reviews and they did not disappoint! Irwin responded to my email quickly, invited me to have a video call, and drove to my home (on the opposite side of the island) with samples and to take measurements. The variety of styles and materials offered is incredible! I had lots to choose from and found the perfect carpet to meet my needs. Irwin ordered the carpet while still at my home and it was ready to be installed within a couple of weeks. Installation went smoothly and I am thrilled with our new basement.
