(January 11, 2021, 1:16 pm)The rental was hassle free. They advised me on what to rent. They took a deposit. With the invoice I went to the rear loading dock. They showed me the machine. I loaded it into my vehicle. The return was the following day before 9am. I left the tool at the dock, again hassle free. I went inside and paid + got my deposit back. Staff was friendly throughout.
