For the second time I have had the benefit of advice and counsel from Savanna. In particular Alain several years ago, and Paul today. Without going into tedius details of the problem, you would have to be in a coma not to be struck by the exceptional spirit of service provided by either Alain or Paul. Unhurried, obviously anxious to help and clearly highly knowledgeable, your reason would be called into question if you chose to call someone else.

Great fast service. They saved me lots of money by using compatible cartridges for my color laser printer. I was not sure about using compatibles, but following their recommendation, I have a very good print quality for a fraction of the price.
