Fantastic customer service, responded to my email questions very quickly (1 business day). They estimated it would be 6-8 weeks but I received a replacement osprey bag in 2.5 weeks (from the day I shipped my old bag to them) which I thought was incredibly fast. Website was simple and easy to get the shipping info, etc. Highly recommend.
Best customer service ever. I had some issues with my Osprey backpack and sent it in for repair. Within a few days, I received a brand new pack! Amazing.
