I hired Michel Villeneuve for a first mandate to renovate my kitchen and a few years later a second mandate to renovate the basement.

In these two mandates, the aspect that I appreciated the most was Michel's creativity. We had a good idea of ​​the plans, but Michel offered us some great ideas that we hadn't thought of and that improved our 2 projects. The cost estimates presented to us during the preliminary discussions turned out to be close to the actual costs. In addition, Michel is someone who always showed up on time for our meetings and he was able to be accommodating during meeting times.

Hiring an architect like Michel Villeneuve to supervise the work was also a great idea because our knowledge of renovation did not allow us to discuss equals with the contractor. For me, hiring Michel for this task was one big stress less. When there was work performed that was not according to plans, he discussed with the contractor to have him resume the work, or find another acceptable solution. He also gave us good advice when the entrepreneur discovered "surprises". I always felt that Michel offered us advice as if it were his own house.
