James has worked with us for a long time finding us lovely homes for our annual vacations in beautiful Maui HI. On all of the rentals he has never let us down and always found beautiful homes that suite our needs. We were always specific on where we wanted to be and I am sure there were challenges but he always made things happen. We planned a family vacation, including 4 small children, to Jamaica to stay at Canoe Cove. The trip far exceeded our expectations. The property was beautiful and felt like a resort with an incredible pool, sandy beach, hot tub, basketball court, putting green, tennis and racketball courts! While the esthetics were great (including the whole house), what made it more special was the staff. The team there was so nice and accommodating to all of us. They really went out of their way to make it a special week. I highly recommend this property and working with Sheldon James Villa - that team has never steered us wrong.

Our Family recently stayed at Point View Place in Breckenridge, Colorado. Starting with our initial contact at Sheldon James (James D'Silva) the trip could not have been more Perfect! We have partnered with James D'Silva on a number of properties and he has always been responsive, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are completely satisfied. He found the PERFECT home for our Family in Point View Place. The home speaks for itself and the views were spectacular. The amenities were such that we lacked for nothing. I know it is often said that pictures do not do the reality justice. So true with Point View Place. While the pictures were beautiful, the reality once we stepped inside, was far better than we could have anticipated. Thank you James for allowing my Family to, once again, have an Amazing and Memorable Vacation!
