Excellent service for a heat pump repair. It had to be done in January outside in the cold with all the snow. It took 4 hours and the technician did a great job. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem clearly. Our heat pump had never worked so well and we are definitely saving on our heating bill.
Initially sceptical due the reviews but personally received a prompt next day service for heat pump / furnace repair. The service technician was reliable and repaired the issue within an hour's time. Would recommend company for service calls.
