I am having massages with Carla for a while and She is a wonderfully professional. She was very serious in inquiring about my history of sports injuries and back pain and gives me a very therapeutic and thorough massage every time. Very nice place as well and a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Carla is a wonderful professional. She has a lot of experience working as a physiotherapist in Brazil so she understands the needs and the care your body recquires when doing exercise. Her massage is fantastic. As a personal trainer she is always coming up with different exercises and adapts to the student’s pace. She makes class fun and is always pushing you to be motivated into doing exercise. I would not change Carla for anyother teacher!! She is amazing!!

Absolutely the best pilates classes ever!!!
I never thought I'd enjoyed remote pilates classes, but with Carla they are great! She is a great professional!!! I broke my ankle last year and she is been focusing part of the exercises so to regain my balance and flexibility on the right side, and I feel better already. Highly recommended !
