Handyman and Designs

From Winnipeg, I purchased a piece of food processing equipment that was in Montreal. I contacted Handyman and Designs and spoke to Fred about crating it for me so that it could be shipped to Winnipeg.
On short notice, Fred arranged with the previous owner to pallet and crate the equipment on a Saturday with minimal supervision from myself. I provided the details and two days later the job was done. I am very impressed and very pleased with how the whole job was handled!

I had to have a wood panel around a closet door replaced and Jonathan was sent to come and fix it, and it was such a fantastic experience, he was super friendly and enthusiastic, he was also able to get our frame fixed and it looks absolutely perfect. I originally contacted the company to figure out if they could send someone over to fix it on October 3rd, and on October 4th Jonathan was here to fix it. We could not be any more satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality of work Jonathan has given us. We’ll definitely be contacting Jonathan again in the future. Pictures of before and after, we are painting the wood ourselves.

We had a shed roof that was disintegrating and Fred and Odin did a fantastic job removing the old shingles, repairing sections of the woodwork, adding a waterproof membrane and new shingles. It was a fiddly job but it was done well and on budget, and just in time for winter. I can highly recommend Handyman and Designs and I will definitely be contacting them in future!

Excellent service provided by Jonathan from Handyman and designs! Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. Very efficient and professional initial communication with the company, quick response, fair pricing and rapid appointment. We needed to install a couple of wall shelves and two light fixtures. Jonathan did an excellent job, he was very meticulous and knowledgeable on top of being a wonderful person! I’m looking forward to have Jonathan back for other repairs that we may need and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and fairly-priced service of excellent quality.

The installation itself was so beautifully, meticulously, efficiently done. Handyman and Designs quoted the best price, but we would have eagerly paid more for the service Fred delivered. We needed several window treatments that were particularly tricky to install given the building's structure. Fred was infinitely patient as we were still trying to figure out exactly what we wanted. Not only was the workmanship impeccable, but Fred is one of the most gracious people we've ever worked with.
