This was one of the best experiences for me. I have a very old cross from 1800. I found this facility online and sent an email and received immediate professional response.
I was even asked to email some pictures and Allan emailed me back all the information I was looking for.
I feel like this was a friend referral, not some cold call due to this mans caring of helping me find the value of this cross from Greece that has been passed down for many generations because I wanted to sell it.
I hope I can send him a lot of business because he deserves it. It’s very hard now a days to find such great customer service.
He made me feel like a family member as opposed to the stranger I was.
