Pierre helped me find a perfect 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Montreal . He went far beyond to get me into the condo quickly and drove me to Ikea so that I could pick up some furnishing too . When I couldn’t find a cab to get back , Pierre went out of his way to pick me up at IKEA and drop me back to the condo . He even helped me carry the furnishings up to the 19th floor . He took time out of his late Friday night to help me out !

I arrived in Montreal from the otherside of the country. I had different expectations and language than the locals. I also had no vehicle. None of this was a problem for Pierre.
He had taken the time to learn common languages and is fluent making conversation easy. He also had no problem picking me up, around my schedule, to view locations I was interested in, then taking me back home. Pierre patiently let me suggest over two dozen locations to view, he took the time to learn what I liked, disliked, and expected from experience back home. He then started adding his own suggestions to my lists based on that information he gathered from me as well as what he thought was a great deal or great location.
He never rushed my decision or pressured me to pick something. He strove for my happiness and even treated me like a friend in conversations during the many long car rides he gave me.
Pierre treated me with respect, fought for the best deal for me, and went out of his way to make the whole purchase process as easy as possible for me.
Almost two years later, I've messaged him several times and he's always happily and promptly answered. That's unheard of service and dedication these days.

Arriving from abroad we were introduced to Pierre to help us finding a place to live.
His enthusiasm and efficiency allowed us to rent a place that fits all our expectations.
