Great experience training with Bader. Always encouraging and makes it a comfortable environment, the type of trainer to always check up on you and makes sure to give you that reassurance and confidence that you need. Went from 225 lbs to 200 lbs while training with Bader. Definitely a decision I do not regret.
With extensive knowledge and a commitment to excellence, he has helped me achieve milestones such as my first floor push ups, going down 3 sizes and a big increase in my confidence and energy. I have trouble finding my groove in the gym and for the most part this was all achieved just by doing my 1 session a week, increasing my walking and gaining a better control over my eating. Seeing the progress is definitely a motivator to start going to the gym by myself even if it just means walking on the treadmill for 20min. Bakfit helps you see the wins in the smallest of achievements.
I started working with Bader about 4 months ago and my experience with his coaching has been fantastic. I went from a sedentary lifestyle to losing over 25lbs and hitting the gym minimum 3-4 times a week.
He is very knowledgeable and versatile in his approach, whether it be the actual program or the nutrition plan.
I have worked with other trainers before, but none were as genuinely invested in your progress. Bader cares about your success as much as you do. When I hit a slump in the middle of my program, he never made me feel like I was lacking. Instead, he went of out of his way to check on me and motivate me daily – both pre and post workout. He also adapted the program to ease me gently back into a routine of working out more consistently.
If you are looking for guidance in kickstarting your fitness journey, I highly recommend Bader!
I trained with Bader recently and got insane results. Dropped body fat and gained muscle and within 3 months, I was in the best shape of my life. Workouts were hard but very fun, and he knows how much to push and when to let you have a rest.
In addition to all that great stuff, Bader constantly coached me outside of the sessions - which were extremely reasonably priced - on my food and calorie intake. He is an amazing PT and I miss working with him! :)
I started with Bakfit 15 weeks ago and it has been a great experience. He really cares about your progress, how you feel throughout the entire process, and is very easy to talk to. He’s extremely motivational and set you up for success by instilling the right mindset, work ethic and diet to lose weight or get into any kind of shape you wish. In the 15 weeks I’ve lost 20+ lbs and have never been stronger. Can’t say enough good things about him.
