So glad I was able to find this company VViViD vinyl for my wrap material and tools. They may not be the largest supplier of vinyl materials and tools, but IMO they are one of the best in the world! I'm a perfectionist where only the highest quality parts and materials get chosen for my vehicles and VViViD is the one I go to for vinyl.
Thanks VViViD !
VVIVID has always produced excellent products! I have gotten 5-6 years out of my wrap consistently! They have a great selection of options and ordering is super easy! The tube was a bit bent and the vinyl was creased/folded in a couple spots but I am sure it will come out upon application! I wont dock them stars for a third party problem!
This isn't easy, but it's not super hard either, it's challenging to install a wrap, especially the first time. I got through it, and it took some time, Over the course of several weeks, each part of the car exterior was wrapped with Metallic Gloss color shift blue to purple and now that it's finished, it looks great. I get compliments from total strangers every time I go somewhere. I watched a lot of videos on wrapping, and studied how to do the hood first, and then the fender, and finally the bumpers. The bumpers being a real challenge, but doable. I'll be the first to admit, it's not perfect, but what is? Nothing in life is perfect. There are minor flaws, but they are hardly noticeable and easily fixed. Overall, the car looks fantastic, the color is really cool, and makes the 2008 Acura TSX look like a new car. So much easier than painting, for sure. In fact, you would have to be crazy to paint a car with this product on the market, along with a ton of support. I got an estimate from a local body shop and it was $6500 to paint and that is a standard factory color. For about $500 worth of vinyl from Vvivid, I was able to complete the entire car and it is a color that would be near impossible to do in paint. If you want your car to look great, and protect the body from the elements, vinyl is the way to go. BTW, this is super easy to wash now, the dirt comes right off easily. A little Mothers ceramic coating and it shines like crazy,
Not the first time I order Vvivid wraps for my cars, but definitely the best experience so far! Had a little issue with my first delivery, but Jessica from customer service solved my problem quick and efficiently! I wish every big company in US had employees like Jessica to genuinely care about their customers! Waiting to finish this Audi RS5 project, but in the meantime, enjoy my previous V8 beast that got wrapped in VViViD+ Matte Metallic Black (Ghost)!
I exclusively use Vvivid’s vinyl, it’s the most user friendly, high quality vinyl I’ve ever used. Nothing compares to it. From transfer tape for making stickers to the colors I’ve chosen, Black matte metallic (ghost), Matte Suzuka Ice grey, and Ultra Gloss Piano Black. When I’m done a panel I seal it up with Fuse Ceramic Coating. I’ve been using their products to make a custom livery on my EcoBoost SHO. Front end is pretty much done, on to the rest of the car now.
