Bureau Gros offers self service printing services.
Equipment are easy to use. I had some pdf files to print from my USB key. Quick and easy. Very convenient.

Employees were great at the staples but printing /professional services was slow. A single customer with a bunch of requests held up the line for almost an hour. Needs at least 2 dedicated people on weekends.

Pharmaprix has a post office which seems to be extremely busy, every time I go I have at least 5 to 10 people ahead of me wich is the equivalent of about 30 minutes of waiting time. At times they have 2 clerks, at times only one. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING to see how the staff takes so much time explaining to DEMANDING people .
VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING, is not the staff s , fault but management should administer better the department.
