Had a great experience renting a car from central station, the guy who works behind the counter (Alipasha) ,was really helpful . I recommend 100%.
We always rent with budget because they have good prices, kind staff and is really easy to take /return the car with them. The vehicles are in really good conditions: we have had a golf, a mini van and a suv and all of them have been clean and running smoothly.
Once we had a problem with a vehicle because it was a bit smaller than what we booked and we had the problem solved in within 10 minutes.
We also could give back the car in a different office at no cost.
We recommend budget.
Excellent, efficient service. Unlike just about every other place, I've never had to wait or spend 30 minutes on paperwork.
My one complaint: I reserve compact cars, but without any explanation I more often than not get a gas-guzzling monstrosity of an SUV instead. I go on long trips, so it's equivalent to marking up my trip by $20-30 by gas, with the inconvenience of having to drive a main battle tank on top of that.
I understand that getting a larger car instead of a smaller one is considered an "upgrade", but that assumption should be revisited.
Tony´s customer service is really top-notch, and the whole renting process usually works very smoothly. That´s why I´m a happy returning customer. Some other workers at the location could use some more customer-orientation, and the overall experience always depends on the person serving you. Also, lately there has been some small issues with the cars, like missing washer fluid, or less than full tank of gas when receiving the car; these are quite small things but have an impact on the experience.
