(November 28, 2018, 2:57 pm)I have mixed feelings. I've never had a claim with them but I have car and home insurance. Never have I had a problem with their car insurance or customer service on that side. It's been a quick and easy setup and they answer calls right away.
However, I've been trying to get a "confirmation of insurance" form signed from them, but it's taken at least 2 months of back and forth conversation (and me waiting) to get information from them. Every time I called I had to re-explain my whole situation because I would be speaking to a new agent. They never got back to me, I have to keep on calling to get updates on the case.
