World Gym Dollard-des Ormeaux

I’m so happy to have chosen world gym. I get more for my monthly payment. If you’re looking for a trainer Nick Zeitouni is awesome! He has helped me to understand the best workouts for great posture and if you tell him your goals he helps you to get there! He’s fantastic with nutrition and very motivating! World gym tries their best to accommodate to all! Very pleased!😊

***ATTENTION*** There are TWO ceiling cameras in the women's changing room.
There is a sign in the locker room that says you are being watched. (But you barely notice it). Before you get changed look at the ceilings! I have never seen a gym with so many cameras before. Besides that, the gym is great!

I had doubts reading all the comments about this place. However, i highly recommend this gym. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the equipments are new and diversified, the location is amazing with numerous parking spots. The gym and different areas are mostly clean.

Would of given this a 5 star if it wasn’t for the fact that the pool, sauna & jacuzzi only open at 9am. Otherwise, facilities are clean, equipment is great and the morning crowd is good.
